Bruce & Beth Johnson
Pastors Bruce and Beth Johnson have been in ministry for 38 years, serving as youth pastors, lead pastors and church planters. Pastor Bruce was voted in by the membership and installed as Lead Pastor in January of 2020. Pastor Bruce is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and Pastor Beth is a credentialed licensed minister, also serving on the NCAG Women’s leadership team. Jack Malone
Jack Malone has attended Northlake Assembly of God since 1990, and is the Church Administrator and Choir Director. He also plays bass on the praise team. Jack met his wife, Jennifer, while they were students at Appalachian State University, earning degrees in Music Education and Trumpet Performance. They have been married since 2007, and have 3 daughters: Ella, Lily, and Evie.
Jordan Malone
Jordan Malone has been the Lead Worshiper at Northlake AG since 2004. Along with the Praise Team, he leads the Northlake church community in worship each week, singing contemporary worship choruses, hymns, and campmeeting-style songs. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Madison, and they have 4 children: Lorilai, Ireland, Emmitt, and Witten.
Jonathan Fletcher
Jonathan Fletcher came to Northlake in 2011 while in college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He began volunteering with the church media ministry and in 2013 transitioned into the role of Technical Director. He and his wife, Kayla, were married at Northlake in November of 2022. Tiffany Greene
Tiffany Greene leads our Northlake Kids team along with her husband Shane. Tiffany has been in the children’s ministry since 1990 and has worked professionally in the childcare field for 32 years. “Children have always been a passion and desire of mine,” Tiffany says. “I want to see them grow in Christ and know they have a purpose in life.” Shane and Tiffany have attended Northlake since 2020. They have two adult children and one granddaughter.
Coty Neel
Coty Neel and his wife Cara currently serve as our interim Youth leaders. They have four children – Samuel, Aislyn, Caroline, and Eden.
