Bruce & Beth Johnson- Lead Pastors
Pastors Bruce and Beth Johnson have been in ministry for 39 years, serving as youth pastors, lead pastors and church planters. Pastor Bruce was voted in by the membership and installed as Lead Pastor in January of 2020. Pastor Bruce is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and Pastor Beth is also a credentialed licensed minister with the Assemblies of God. Jack Malone- Church Admin/Choir Director
Jack Malone has attended Northlake Assembly of God since 1990, and is the Church Administrator and Choir Director. He also plays bass on the praise team. Jack met his wife, Jennifer, while they were students at Appalachian State University, earning degrees in Music Education and Trumpet Performance. They have been married since 2007, and have 3 daughters: Ella, Lily, and Evie.
Jordan Malone- Worship Leader
Jordan Malone has been the Worship Leader at Northlake AG since 2004. Along with the Praise Team, he leads the Northlake church community in worship each week, singing contemporary worship choruses, hymns, and campmeeting-style songs. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Madison, and they have 4 children: Lorilai, Ireland, Emmitt, and Witten.
Tiffany Greene- Northlake Kids Leader
Tiffany Greene leads our Northlake Kids team along with her husband Shane. Tiffany has been in the children’s ministry since 1990 and has worked professionally in the childcare field for 32 years. “Children have always been a passion and desire of mine,” Tiffany says. “I want to see them grow in Christ and know they have a purpose in life.” Shane and Tiffany have attended Northlake since 2020. They have two adult children and one granddaughter.
Coty Neel- Youth Leader
Coty Neel and his wife Cara serve as our Northlake Youth Leaders (grades 6-12). Coty is a public school teacher and plays guitar on the Northlake praise team. Cara is a leader and teacher in the Northlake Kids Ministry as well. They have five children – Samuel, Aislyn, Caroline, Eden, and Analie.
Jonathan Fletcher- Vice Chair, Board of Directors
Jonathan Fletcher came to Northlake in 2011 while in college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He began volunteering with the church media ministry and in 2013 transitioned into the role of Technical Director, a role where he served until 2023. He and his wife, Kayla, were married at Northlake in November of 2022. Jonathan previously served on the Board of Directors from 2014 until 2021. George Newhook- Member, Board of Directors
George Newhook currently serves on the Board of Directors since being elected in 2022 and after many prior years of service. He and his wife, Marjorie, help with our first impressions serve team and George also serves on our “Acts 4:32 Benevolence” team.
Jack Roberson- Member, Board of Directors
Jack Roberson is serving a term on the Board of Directors after being elected in 2021. He also helps lead our maintenance team and he and his wife, Hattie, are faithful members of our hospitality team.
Tim Wheeler- Member, Board of Directors
Tim Wheeler was elected to the Board of Directors in 2021. He and his wife Charlene currently host our Young Adults group and have two adult children – Erin and Joseph. Tim also serves faithfully on our Tech Crew.
Celines Gonzales Sosa- Member, Board of Directors
Celines was elected to the Northlake Board of Directors in 2023. She and her husband Gerry have been faithful members of Northlake for many years, serving alongside their three sons in various ministries. Celines is a leader in our hospitality ministry, providing coffee and other treats each week to greet everyone who walks through the doors of the church. Rhonda Nordan- Member, Board of Directors
Rhonda Nordan was elected to the Board of Directors in January 2025. She faithfully leads a Sunday morning small group, along with her husband, Jamie. Rhonda has been saved for over 35 years and has made it her life mission to make an impact for the Lord in both her church and in her work. She has been a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counselor for 20 years and also worked as a missionary, school teacher, and interpreter for the…
